Managed System

An excellent business communications platform for any business from small office to a  large-scale multi-site business. It eliminates the service costs for repairing traditional site issues. A managed PBX is installed on-premise but transfers the responsibility of managing that server from your IT department to Rottweiler. Your business pays a monthly fee for the system and will receive regular maintenance.

Hosted System

This is a great solution for small businesses with less than 10 phones. It eliminates the overhead of maintaining a premise based server or associated hardware. A hosted PBX is stored in the cloud and security updates are performed by a trusted 3rd-party. The server is stored at a location with backup power and configured redundancy to practically eliminate downtime.

Both of these options take you out of the equipment management business and ensure that your communications platform can grow with your business. Your business pays a monthly fee, which is structured on a per-phone basis and may include E911 and SimpleFax monthly charges. Both options include maintenance, such as regular security updates as well as performing requested changes. Changes to call routing and dial patterns, extension programming, and IVR (auto-attendant) programming can be performed remotely and are included in the monthly maintenance costs. Additional licensing will be charged as a one-time installation and configuration charge.

Equipment Purchase

If you are interested in purchasing a system, then we are happy to help. Owning the equipment means taking responsibility for the security and maintenance of the server. We will configure the phone system, install desk phones, and ensure that you are provided with necessary programming instructions. Maintenance is provided and billed on a monthly or as-needed basis.
