Another 16 Year Old Georgia Driver In An Accident, by Duke Smith

A 16 year old teenager obtaining their driving license, a parents nightmare.  Every day 96 teenagers in this country will be involved in fatality accidents.  This is just one sobering fact.  Did you know that the leading cause of death of teenagers 15 to 19 is an automobile accident?  Up until now, parents had no way of supervising the driving of the driver who they lend the car to.  No way to know how fast they are driving and no way to know where they are.  They do now!

Rottweiler Security is committed to protecting our children both inside the home with advanced security systems designed to notify you of home invasions as well as other hazards in the home.  And we are also committed to protecting your child and teenagers as as they are in our community.  There are a few of the reasons why we launched our vehicle tracking devices, child tracking devices and cell phone  messaging restrictions while driving.  Not only will a parent know where the family car is but they will also be notified of speeding occurrences as they happen.  They will also restrict the teen from driving and text messaging or talking on the cell phone.  All this configured on the Internet and installed by Rottweiler Security.

Your teenager may be very responsible, but often mixed with other teenagers, their judgement to sway.  Put that individual in a car that travels at 40 mph, or more, down the road and you have a mixture for disaster.  This year, more teenagers will die from automobile accidents that could have been avoided than will die in the war in Iraq and Afghanistan.  Take a few minutes, these parents did not think it could happen to their precious children and neither did the teenager driving the family car.

All of these accidents could have been avoided!

This week in metro Atlanta another 16 year old avoided his funeral, but unfortunately the driver of the motor cycle did not.  He was 27 years old.  The question here is was the 16 year old on his cell phone or text messaging?

Rottweiler Security continues to improve on your families safety.  With both advanced security systems, camera systems that text to your cell phone,  Vehicle speeding notification and cellular restrictions while driving in your vehicle.  The danger of allowing your 16 year old is too great not to use these products, contact your Rottweiler Security Representative TODAY!

I feel the danger is best told by the parent.

I lost my 16 year old daughter in a car accident in 2002. She had her license 3 months. She was speeding and not wearing her seatbelt. We were diligent parents, we wore our seatbelts, went the speed limits, talked about how important it was. We didn't know she didn't wear her seatbelt or drove fast when we weren't in the car. We couldn't be with her 24 hours a day. We need tougher laws for teen drivers. Losing a child is the worst, you never get over it.   slwendt
